The Executive Director of TBEC, Yuliia Kalancha joined the 2023 TB HLM Affected Communities and Civil Society Coordination Hub Leadership Group.
As part of their engagement in the Leadership Group, the experts will provide strategic guidance to the work plan of the Coordination Hub, provide necessary advice on the work priorities and essential steps taken by the Coordination Hub, as well as facilitate communication between the Coordination Hub and partners from civil society and communities in countries.
11 leaders
of civil society and communities from around the world who became members of
the Leadership Group were introduced to the general public during an online
meeting of the Coordination Hub on March 9, 2023.
In her presentation, Yuliiia Kalancha shared with the meeting participants the first steps of the TB Europe Coalition’s World TB Day advocacy campaign which is aimed at decision-makers in the region's countries in the context of preparing for the UNHLM on TB 2023.
