On 17 September 2025, the regional webinar “Strengthening Knowledge and Community Engagement in NSP Development” was held, bringing together about 60 participants from civil society organizations and communities, as well as other stakeholders.
During the webinar, participants:
- strengthened their knowledge of strategic planning processes for NSP development and the role of communities/CSOs in these processes,
- learned how to effectively build cooperation with relevant authorities,
- explored Moldova’s practical experience in developing a new NSP,
- gained a deeper understanding of tools for analyzing the TB care cascade from the perspective of people’s needs and the use of epidemiological data in NSP planning.
We sincerely thank our distinguished speakers — international expert Mikhail Volik, Valentina Vilc, representative of the Moldova NTP, and Oksana Rukshinyanu, Executive Director of SMIT (Moldova) — for sharing their knowledge and unique experience with colleagues.
We believe that the theoretical and practical insights gained during the webinar will be useful for representatives of communities and CSOs in the process of NSP development in their countries.
We also thank all participants for their interest and active engagement during the event!
