On 28 May, the regular quarterly meeting of the TBEC Board members was held online.
Representatives of the Secretariat presented management and financial reports as of May 2026, as well as outlined the key plans for the upcoming period.
In addition, the participants were presented with the results of the annual TBEC members’ survey and proposals regarding further work to address the requests and needs identified through the survey. As a result of the discussion, among other decisions, the Board members agreed to organize a broad online meeting for all coalition members by the end of the year in order to exchange views in an interactive format on the current situation of civil society across the WHO European Region and the key directions for further joint activities in the fight against TB.
The Board members also discussed recent information regarding potential opportunities for the coalition’s organizational development and resource mobilization.
The next meeting of the TBEC Board members is scheduled for September 2026.
