Possible cooperation in course of Ukraine's preparation for the UN High-Level Meeting on TB was discussed at the working meeting with the Director and officers of the Department of International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
Together with NTP manager Yana Terleeva from the Center for Public Health of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Olya Klymenko, the Chair of the Board TBpeopleUkraine, Head of the Steering Committee of the Partnership “Stop TB. Ukraine”, TBEC Executive Director, member of 2023 TB HLM Affected Communities and Civil Society Coordination Hub Leadership Group Yuliia Kalancha and TBEC representatives raised issues related to the procedure of the country's preparation for the UN HLM on TB, the terms and format of the review of the draft Political Declaration on TB, as well as core and additional activities within the framework of the UN General Assembly's HLM on TB, 22 September, 2023.
