The TB Europe Coalition, acting as a technical partner for the implementation of the GC7 CE SI project for the years 2024-2026 in Azerbaijan, Moldova, and Ukraine, will pilot two new tools for communities.
As part of long-term technical assistance, CSOs and communities will be able to utilize:
- Organizational capacity assessment to identify gaps and weaknesses in its work and structure, and in this relation to identify potential key asks for support from the Global Fund.
- Cooperation plan to improve coordination of activities between communities and build their capacity. This plan will be reviewed and updated every six months.
